Shipping

For the most part, the vast majority of the items we ship reach their destination safely without issue. However, when your item is delivered we suggest the following steps:

SHIPPING - WHEN WE SEND TO YOU

At the time of delivery, before signing, inspect the package for visible damage. If the packaging is clearly damaged notify the carrier that you are refusing the delivery because of damage. We recommend taking pictures of the damaged packaging as proof. As soon as possible, please notify us at (888) 575-4765 or help@toughoutlet.com that your package was refused because of damage and we can prepare a replacement.

If the package appears in good condition and is signed for, any non-visible damage discovered upon opening the package must be reported to ToughOutlet.com within two (2) days of receiving the package. Please notify one of the members of our technical team at (888) 575-4765 or help@toughoutlet.com.

EXCEPTION: If the product you purchased was a new special order item that was shipped directly from the manufacturer you will need to contact Panasonic at 1-800-LAPTOP5 (1-800-527-8675).

SHIPPING - WHEN YOU SEND TO US

WARRANTY / NON-WARRANTY REPAIR:

Whether for a warranty or non-warranty repair or a repair request, ToughOutlet.com will provide you with a shipping label. Please ensure that your item is securely and properly packaged to protect it against damage. ToughOutlet.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages so please package your item appropriately.

Please clearly write your Repair Request Number (RRN) on the outside of the box. At the time you receive your RRN we will also provide you with additional details and suggestions.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), available here, and must include all packaged items received from the purchase such as AC adapter, software disk, etc. Failure to return all included packaged items will result in a reduction in your refund to compensate for the loss of those items. After the RMA is received, ToughOutlet.com will send a shipping label to the buyer to be used for the return shipment.

The returned product must be securely packaged. The buyer will be responsible for damage of any product that is found to not be securely packaged.

If the product was not previously exchanged and is found to not be defective upon return, a re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), available here, and must include all packaged items received from the purchase such as AC adapter, software disk, etc. Failure to return all included packaged items will result in a reduction in your refund to compensate for the loss of those items. Additionally, a re-stocking fee of up to 20% may be imposed if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was received or if damaged.

Shipping the product back to ToughOutlet.com is the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be securely packaged. ToughOutlet.com is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during shipping therefore we recommend the purchase of shipping insurance.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from ToughOutlet.com are shipped using third party shipping carriers. The risk of loss and title for such purchases is passed unto you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Conversely, ToughOutlet.com does not take the title of any returned item, repair or items sent to us otherwise until the item reaches our service center.
