Windows 10 Pro Conversion Terms of Service

• By purchasing the Windows 10 Pro Conversion, you agree to the following: 
  • Tough Outlet will provide both the return and shipping label. No shipping payments will be needed by the customer.
  • The shipping will be standard ground shipping. If custom shipping is needed please contact us prior to purchasing. 
  • The customer will provide the correct model number located on the bottom of the laptop (ex CF-53aaaaaa).
  • The customer will make sure the computer hardware is compatible with Windows 10 (check here).
  • The customer will make sure that they have a valid Windows 7 Pro or Windows 8 Pro product key/license if purchasing a $199 conversion.
  • If the customer has a valid Windows 7 Pro or Windows 8 Pro product key/license, you will not receive a physical DVD (it is available from Microsoft and instructions to retrieve it will be provided).
  • If the customer does not have a valid Windows 7 Pro or Windows 8 Pro product key/license, an OEM version of Windows 10 Pro will be provided with a physical disc and a $150 charge will be added.
  • The customer must be located within the 48 continental states.
  • The service comes with a 30-day warranty. If hardware upgrades are added to the order, it will extend to 180 days.
  • The order will require a signature upon arrival.
  • If Migration Service is selected, the customer must back up any information before shipment. Tough Outlet is not responsible for any data loss. 
  • Tough Outlet is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during shipment.
