Return Policy

It is important that you read this policy and understand its implications before purchasing your New or Refurbished Panasonic Toughbook or Toughpad and any accessories. Please read carefully and contact our sales team if you should have any questions.

New:

Due to the partner policies and restrictions set forth between ToughOutlet and Panasonic and their distributors, Panasonic Toughbooks, Toughpads and accessories/parts are not returnable and noncancelable once purchased. Your new Panasonic Toughbook or Toughpad is warranted by Panasonic not ToughOutlet, however, we do recommend that in the event you suspect your product may be defective or malfunctioning please contact our technical team first at 888-575-4765 or help@toughoutlet.com so that we may assist you in finding a possible solution. If our assessment finds that your product is defective or malfunctioning then the repair must be handled directly with Panasonic at 1-800-LAPTOP5 (1-800-527-8675). 

Refurbished:

Refurbished products purchased through ToughOutlet.com can be returned with notification of intent within fourteen (14) days after delivery under the following terms and conditions:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Despite our stringent and strenuous refurbishing process, occasionally a defect may occur after your product has been received. If you suspect that your product may be defective or malfunctioning please contact our technical team at 888-575-4765 or help@toughoutlet.com. Upon notification, our technical team will attempt to correct the problem through either phone contact, remote access to the affected product, or an exchange of the product. Ultimately, if the problem cannot be resolved satisfactorily then your product can be returned. 

To return a product, log in with the email you used to purchase your product here. From your account page, click the order you wish to initiate a return. On the top right of the order invoice, click "Request Return." Under "QTY TO RETURN," select the number of units you wish to return by either typing in a number or clicking the arrows. Fill out the form and click "Submit Return Request." A shipping label will be provided by ToughOutlet and subsequently one of our technical associates will contact you shortly thereafter with additional instructions.

All items received from the purchase such as AC adapter, software disk, etc. must also be returned. Failure to return all included items will result in a reduction in your refund to compensate for the loss of those items. 

The returned product must be securely packaged. The buyer will be responsible for damage of any product that is found to not be securely packaged. For suggestions on how to properly package your item for return please view our Shipping Policy.

If the product was not previously exchanged and is found to not be defective upon return, or an order is not canceled within 24 hours, a re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the product you purchase does not meet your needs or requirements and a return is desired please contact our technical team at 888-575-4765 or help@toughoutlet.com to arrange a return. , A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To return a product, log in with the email you used to purchase your product here. From your account page, click the order you wish to initiate a return. When the product is received by us it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure the product was returned in the same condition as originally shipped. A  re-stocking fee of up to 20% may be imposed if the item is not returned in the condition in which it was sold or if damaged. After inspection, a refund will be issued.

Shipping the product back to ToughOutlet.com is the responsibility of the buyer. The product must be securely packaged. ToughOutlet.com is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during shipping therefore we recommend the purchase of shipping insurance. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details. 

If the item is not received by Tough Outlet within 30 days after receiving authorization, the return will not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to processing fees, labor, etc, a re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
